The reporting system processes each employee's piece of time, rounds it to your company's specified rounding factor (tenth of an hour, quarter hour, minute, etc.), and converts the time segment into an hourly decimal fraction. It flags employee time segments that are inconsistent (employee forgot to punch in or out). It prints employee daily and pay period totals, as well as company totals.

• The software automatically passes the hours worked to the paychecks when the payroll is calculated. This automatic interface eliminates double entry (saving time), and completely eliminates the possibility of data entry errors.

• You can be sure that if an employee is short some pay you will find out about it. Unfortunately, you may not hear about it if they are paid too much. Our software will save you from those costly errors. The computer accurately logs the employee's time and automatically passes this information to the paycheck records.
